I found this website link on another site because I was planning to go for a consultation for lasik surgery at Ultralase and wanted to read everything I could before the appointment so i understood what to expect. I was supposed to phone back to book an appointment this week but the woman I spoke to didn’t tell me Utralase is the same company as Optimax. Not sure what to do if Optimax closing down because what happens to Ultralase then? Can you give me some advice please? Thank you in advance.

If you are looking at surgery with this company be very very careful!!
My problems still not sorted neraly year after surgery and Ultralase just want me to go away now they cant get any more money out of me.I read the post before and then found this which makes Russell Ambrose a liar because he’s not even looking after recent patients – “I am pleased to give my personal guarantee to Ultralase patients that they will be looked after and their lifetime aftercare guarantee continues.” https://www.thebusinessdesk.com/yorkshire/news/404522-optimax-rescue-guarantees-ultralase-s-future-ambroseIf you are considering surgery with this company be very very careful
